Job summary

CDW Financial Services is seeking a Sales Executive to identify, structure and sell CDW Financial Services options to clients across regions, partnering with the sales team to deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, evaluating client business information, and including managed services where applicable, with the ability to craft compelling proposals through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in Financial Services sales and technology sales within the Information Technology industry, or nine years of equivalent experience in Financial Services sales and technology sales within the Information Technology industry.
• Knowledge of financial statement evaluation and GAAP principles.
• Ability to run financial calculators for NPV, amortization, and lease structuring.

Responsibilities

• Sells CDW Financial Services offerings, such as leasing, loans, managed services and re-marketing services, working closely with the CDW sales team
• Evaluates clients’ internal financial information to develop and recommend CDW Financial Services solutions
• Advises the CDW sales team on complex deal structures, and provides Financial Services sales support and expertise throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to close
• Provides training and knowledge transfer on Financial Services solutions and vendor offerings to the CDW sales team
• Develops strong relationships with manufacturer financing organizations and other relevant vendors
• Remains current with developments in the Financial Services industry through professional associations, networking and formalized training
• Contributes to developing Best Practices, strategies, policies, and documentation for the Financial Services sales team
• Collaborates with CDW sales team on highly complex situations involving multiple areas of our offerings- Services, Product and Financial.
• Develops business use cases to enable the sales team to position several options to their client based on client’s needs and how they want to pay for solution.
