Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Experience with banks, fintechs, and virtual currency platforms.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, BHCA, IBA, and other key regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory matters including licensing, product development, and mergers.
• Represent clients before U.S. federal and state regulators.
• Collaborate with a global team to address client needs.
• Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive reports.
