- Strong academic background and legal writing skills.
- JD degree and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory matters including licensing, product development, and mergers.
- Represent clients before U.S. federal and state regulators.
- Conduct legal research and analysis with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver client-focused solutions.
