Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant for its Commercial Financial Services practice in New York City. You will drive projects, manage clients and lead solution implementation, owning multiple workstreams and delivering high‑quality reports to executives.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or FS consulting, ability to travel up to 25%, and strong communication and leadership. On‑site collaboration at client sites in NYC three days/week with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in banking or commercial financial services consulting (GSIBs preferred).
• Experience in risk, controls assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, presentation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and client management within the Commercial Financial Services practice.
• Lead solution implementation and manage multiple project workstreams.
• Present organized reports and outcomes to clients and internal executives.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to ensure quality deliverables.
