Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Managing Consultant to drive projects in the Commercial Financial Services practice. You will manage client relationships, lead solution implementations, and mentor junior staff. Expect to own multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality reports for executives.

The role requires strong communication, risk and regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 25% with onsite work in NYC about 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in banking or commercial financial services consulting, including GSIB experience.
• 5+ years in operational risk, big bank compliance, or related areas.
• Strong client management and communication skills; ability to work onsite in NYC 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects, including client management and solution implementation.
• Own multiple project workstreams and interact with client leadership.
• Lead, coach and mentor junior consultants; ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare well-organized reports and presentations for clients and executives.
