Qualificações

• 4+ years of litigation experience with a focus on financial services.
• Experience with foreclosures, real estate transactions, and title issues.
• Strong academic credentials; excellent writing and communication skills.
• JD and active Georgia Bar Admission required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle financial services litigation matters, including foreclosures, real estate transactions, and title issues.
• Take and defend depositions; appear in court as needed.
• Support the national Financial Services Litigation practice with rigorous analysis and effective advocacy.
