Illapa Search Ltd is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate for its Atlanta office, to handle sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters for lenders, borrowers and developers. The role targets a mid-to-senior level attorney in a full-time capacity within a premier Am Law platform known for high-value transactions.

The candidate should have a strong background in real estate financing structures, loan documents, and related agreements, with admission to the Georgia Bar or prompt

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance at a major law firm.
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, or financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
• Familiarity with acquisition, construction, bridge, permanent, mezzanine, syndicated, or other commercial real estate financing structures.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and related transaction agreements.

The firm is an established Am Law platform with a sophisticated national practice and a strong reputation for handling complex transactions for leading businesses and financial institutions. Its Real Estate practice is known for advising clients on significant, high-value matters across the commercial real estate market.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance at a major law firm.
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, or financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
