Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional experience in real estate and/or finance.
• Strong drafting and negotiating abilities for complex deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related financing documents.
• Manage commercial loan closings and closing documentation.
