Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of consolidated financial results. You will prepare and analyze reports for local management, Nestlé Group, and external requirements under IFRS and US GAAP, guiding internal stakeholders.

This onsite role partners across divisions to strengthen controls and streamline reporting, supporting financial statements and notes while advancing automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Experience in accounting, audit, finance or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated results for management.
• Partner with divisions and global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead balance sheet reviews for completeness, accuracy, and Nestlé standards.
• Drive reporting initiatives and automation using continuous excellence methodologies.
• Provide guidance on financial reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Translate financial data into clear management reports.
• Support external reporting and footnotes with stakeholders.
