Everfox in Herndon, VA seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Associate to ensure the integrity and compliance of US/UK GAAP financial reporting. You’ll support consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, and audits in a high-visibility role at the intersection of finance operations and results.

The role requires CPA, 6+ years of accounting experience, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. It offers hybrid work (2–3 days onsite) and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with UK GAAP (FRS 102) preferred.
• Experience preparing financial statements (BS, IS, CF) and journal entries for month-end close or audit adjustments.
• Proficiency with large general-ledger systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist with technical accounting (e.g., purchase accounting, valuations, position memos), general ledger accounting and intercompany
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages and analyze P&L and balance-sheet fluctuations for FP&A.
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements for management review and cash flow statements.
• Prepare intercompany transaction analyses and coordinate with Revenue and GL Accounting teams.
• Support equity‑award valuation entries per ASC 718 and maintain SOPs for financial reporting processes.
• Prepare annual US consolidated and UK statutory financial statements and support audits.
