Job summary

LCS Living is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Des Moines, IA to own monthly CAM reporting, validate data, and drive standardization with BI and data owners. You will prepare covenant reporting packages and board/owner materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in accounting/reporting, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Travel is 0–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Ability to independently own reporting and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly CAM reporting deliverables, including data validation and variance investigations.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules and respond to non-standard reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory and industry reports with proper documentation.
