Job summary

LCS is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Des Moines, IA to own monthly CAM reporting, data validation, variance analysis, and stakeholder follow ups. You will drive consistency and controls across reporting outputs.

The role requires 4–6 years in accounting or finance, GAAP expertise, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools and ERP systems. You will collaborate with BI, IT, and process owners to improve calendars, templates, and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics
• Demonstrated experience independently owning reporting deliverables
• Complex journal entries, reconciliations, or reporting deliverables
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools to support reporting

Responsibilities

• Own assigned monthly CAM reporting deliverables, including data validation, variance investigation, and stakeholder follow ups
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules with strong documentation and controls
• Prepare and submit regulatory and industry reports on defined formats and deadlines
• Prepare medical expense deduction datasets and insurance claim reporting packages
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages
• Perform data governance checks and coordinate issue resolution with BI, IT, and source owners
• Maintain reporting calendars, trackers, templates, and standard work instructions
• Support third party compliance activities and due diligence requests
