Job summary

LCS, a leading care provider in Iowa, seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to own monthly CAM reporting, board/owner schedules, and regulatory submissions. You will ensure accuracy, controls, and audit readiness while partnering with BI and data owners to drive standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
• 4-6 years progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex entries and reporting deliverables.
• Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance documentation.
• Experience with reporting/BI tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned monthly CAM reporting deliverables with data validation.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules with documentation and controls.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports on time with supporting documentation.
• Prepare medical expense deduction datasets and insurance claim reports.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages.
• Coordinate data governance checks and issue resolution with BI, IT, and data owners.
• Maintain reporting calendars, trackers, templates and standard work instructions.
• Support third party compliance activities with accurate schedules and reconciliations.
• Assist due diligence financial requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
