As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in connecting financial, clinical, and operational data to deliver actionable insights that improve care delivery, cost efficiency, and organizational performance. You’ll partner with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance to support strategic initiatives, optimize service line performance, and guide informed decision-making. In This Role, You Will
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics, including patient volume, payer mix, revenue cycle performance, and service line profitability.
- Extract, cleanse, and manage large datasets from EHRs and financial systems using SQL and data visualization tools.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across clinical operations, cost management, and P&L trends.
- Automate and streamline monthly and quarterly reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through detailed, data-driven models.
- Maintain documentation and reporting tools with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics
Skills And Experience
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and working with financial and clinical datasets (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Solid Excel modeling abilities and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to non-financial audiences
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Vena) and/or experience working with healthcare or clinical data preferred.
Location
This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday - Friday.
