Base pay range

$86,300.00/yr - $118,700.00/yr

The Senior Financial Reporting Professional/Analyst prepares and distributes periodic financial statements for users other than those directly employed by the organization.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
  2. Performing Value Base Provider reconciliations.
  3. Maintaining data structure and modifying code/queries.
  4. Leading/assisting with monthly forecasting, financial and ad hoc reporting.
  5. Collaborating with business partners to develop methods for measuring financial data and providing analysis.
  6. Creating effective reporting and analyses to improve processes and efficiencies.
  7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with peers and management across departments such as Finance, Network, Health Services, Claims, and Actuarial.
Required Qualifications:
  • Residence in an Eastern Standard Time/EST state.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of Medicare experience.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (dashboarding tools, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL, and Excel.
  • Availability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data modeling manipulation skills.
  • Building and understanding Macros.
  • Knowledge of programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in forecasting, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Details:

Position is remote with occasional travel. Scheduled weekly hours are 40. The pay range is $86,300 - $118,700 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
