Job summary

Intex Recreation Corp. is seeking a highly analytical Financial Project Manager to oversee major corporate initiatives. You will coordinate with Treasury and Real Estate teams, forecast costs, and ensure governance of multi-million-dollar budgets while aligning with tax strategies and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires deep expertise in corporate accounting, real estate taxation, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio returns. Onsite in Long Beach, CA, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field; CPA is a major plus.
• 10+ years in financial planning, real estate project controls, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, GL management, and taxation.
• Knowledge of real estate taxes related to purchases, sales, condemnation, and exchange.
• Excel modeling expertise; familiarity with Yardi or similar real estate accounting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with auditors and tax advisors.

Responsibilities

• Forecast expanding capital requirements with Treasury; align with cash management.
• Prepare and update real estate project pro formas and long-term cash flow projections.
• Create, establish, and manage project budgets; ensure budgets are adhered to.
• Code invoices with GL accounts and project data for AP processing.
• Perform financial analysis for prospective real estate acquisitions and investments.
• Monitor expenses, review vendor invoices, and ensure contract compliance.
