Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Senior Program Management Analyst (Financial) to support PMA-272 at Patuxent River, MD. You will act as the primary financial advisor for the IPT, driving day-to-day financial operations to optimize resources, comply with fiscal law, and accelerate delivery to the Fleet.

The role requires extensive experience with N-ERP, PBIS, CSPT, PMT, and strong budgeting and analytical skills to mitigate cost and schedule risks while coordinating with CIV BFM for final approvals.

Qualifications

• Senior - 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Master's degree required; substitutions include Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience, Associate's +4 years, or 6 years experience in lieu of a Master.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain IPT spend plans using the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
• Align financial execution metrics with program schedules and milestones using the PMT.
• Track monthly obligations and expenditures against Navy benchmarks; identify risks and delays.
• Draft funding documents within Navy ERP (N-ERP) for CIV approval.
• Research, compile, and validate financial data for acquisition documentation and PBR cycles.
• Formulate alternative funding solutions and draft justification materials for the CIV BFM.
• Demonstrate knowledge of N-ERP, PBIS, CSPT, and PMT to support IPT integration.
• Coordinate with CIV BFM Lead for validation and government sign-off.
• Understand federal budget regulations and NAVAIR policies.
