P17 Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial / Program Manager to provide integrated technical and financial program support for FAA NAS modernization initiatives. The role is onsite at the William J.

Hughes Technical Center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with a hybrid work model. You will manage lifecycle costs, budgets, and performance reporting for complex NAS projects, engaging with FAA and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or Aeronautics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and IGCEs for NAS programs.
• Lead or support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and reporting.
• Support budget formulation for FAA CIP programs.
• Create and present program cost analyses to leadership and contracting officers.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate task orders.
