• Maintain performance standards and contribute to department initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date on processes and information required to perform the job.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve resolutions and exceptional client service.
• Communicate clearly the rationale for solutions, research opinions, fees, and portfolio recommendations.
