Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience guiding senior leaders on planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate firm priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Human Capital, Digital, and Corporate Development partners.
• Develop business cases and planning frameworks to support decisions.
• Lead planning for transformation initiatives, including operating model changes.
