Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a TLS Financial Advisor to join our Tempe, AZ operations. You’ll partner with branch teams to provide goal-based financial advice, building trusted client relationships and accelerating branch growth.

Requirements include Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65), insurance license, at least 3 years securities experience, high school diploma (bachelor preferred) and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to financial solutions.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with the branch team and clients; understand regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with FA and branch team to align and improve the branch business plan.
• Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, and asset allocation to optimize client outcomes.
• Gather suitability information to tailor comprehensive financial strategies.
• Meet clients regularly to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Apply firm systems to deliver goal-based financial advice.
