Zusammenfassung

San Bernardino County seeks a Principal Administrative Analyst to perform highly complex analysis and develop countywide financial strategies. This role oversees debt finance analysis, budget coordination, fee and capital improvement program oversight, and management of federal, state, and county resources.

You will lead the County’s fee development process, review proposals, cost-recovery methods, and revenue projections, and provide technical guidance to departments and the CAO analysts.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of professional level analytical experience in budget, fee program management, capital projects, debt financing, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Public/Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Behavioral/Social Science, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop countywide financial strategies and oversee debt finance analysis, centralized budget coordination, and capital improvement program oversight.
• Lead and coordinate the countywide fee development process, including three-year cycles and mid-cycle requests, reviewing proposals and revenue projections.
• Provide technical guidance to departments and CAO analysts; develop recommendations for executive management and the Board of Supervisors; assignments may rotate within the Finance and Administration Division.
