Job summary

RTI is seeking a Senior Analyst in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD to provide financial execution, planning, and executive portfolio support. You will develop budget exhibits for Congress and funding justifications for the President's Budget, aligning funding with the DoW POM/BES and RTI mission.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of financial management experience and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant financial or program analysis field.
• 7+ years of related financial management experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience developing POM/BES exhibits and analyzing RDT&E appropriations.
• 5-10 years in strategic and business planning aligned to defense research activities.
• Strong executive briefing and information-paper development skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget exhibits supporting appropriations requests from Congress and funding justification for the President's Budget.
• Support planning to align RTI resources with the DoW POM and BES.
• Analyze appropriations and align funding with RTI mission.
• Prepare PowerPoint charts and information papers; coordinate with divisions on activities.
• Support senior leadership reviews, internal and external.
