Job summary

RTI is seeking a Lead Analytical and Executive Support professional at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to drive analytical leadership and coordinate executive briefings. You will integrate financial, operational, and portfolio data to inform leadership decisions and align RTI technologies with Army modernization priorities.

The role requires active Secret clearance, 7+ years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated lead analytical experience integrating multiple data sources for executive decision-making.
• Significant experience supporting DoW/Army programs or operations (Army equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support RTI senior leadership reviews, assisting with coordination, formulation, evaluation, and refinement of briefings.
• Integrate financial, operational, and portfolio data to inform leadership decisions.
• Support alignment of RTI technologies to Army modernization priorities.
• Provide analytical guidance across the program-analysis team.
