The position focuses on strengthening and scaling the firm’s Advanced Planning capabilities. The ideal candidate has a CFP designation, 7+ years in financial planning, and excellent communication skills to partner with advisors in a consultative, client‑focused way.

Qualifications

• CFP designation is required and active.
• 7+ years of financial planning or related experience.
• Experience working with independent advisors or RIAs preferred.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred (UHNW exposure).
• Strong knowledge across retirement, estate, tax, investment, and wealth transfer planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior financial planning resource to advisors, RIAs, and their clients.
• Support complex planning conversations across retirement, estate, tax, investment, insurance, and wealth transfer planning.
• Help advisors identify planning opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams to improve planning workflows, deliverables, tools, and service models.
• Mentor and support planning team members as the function grows.
• Contribute to build-out and modernization of the Advanced Planning function.
• Use planning software and Excel modeling to support scenario analysis and planning recommendations.
• Increase advisor adoption of planning resources and technology.
