Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial planning experience.
• CFP certification required.
• Strong experience supporting High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clientele preferred.
• Deep understanding of: Financial planning, Investment strategies, Tax planning, Estate planning, Retirement planning, Insurance planning.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage directly with advisors and clients.
• Experience leading projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with financial advisors and clients to develop customized financial planning strategies.
• Construct comprehensive financial plans utilizing advanced planning software and modeling tools.
• Identify planning opportunities related to: Investments, Tax optimization, Estate planning, Retirement income, Insurance and risk management.
• Deliver presentations and recommendations to advisors, investors, and stakeholders while translating complex planning concepts into actionable strategies.
• Provide ongoing consultation and planning support to financial advisors across a large advisor network.
• Mentor financial planners and junior team members.
• Lead special projects supporting the strategic initiatives of the Advanced Planning department.
• Drive process improvements, planning frameworks, and service delivery enhancements.
• Support the rebuild and expansion of the planning division through advisor engagement and operational leadership.
