Qualifications

8+ years of financial planning experience.

Experience working directly with advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

Build and present comprehensive financial plans for advisors and clients.
Support complex planning needs across tax, estate, retirement, investment, and insurance.
Partner with financial advisors to identify planning opportunities and improve client outcomes.
Own and improve planning tools, workflows, client deliverables, and service processes.
Use planning software and advanced Excel modeling for scenario analysis and projections.
Create educational content such as presentations, webinars, whitepapers, and planning frameworks.
Mentor one team member initially, with potential to grow the planning team.
Help drive advisor adoption and confidence in the planning department.
