Responsibilities:

1. Partner with senior leadership across departments to analyze actual financial performance, main factors impacting returns, and identify potential opportunities and challenges.
2. Create complex financial models and analyze reports to support strategic decision-making.
3. Perform cost-benefit analyses of pricing for new and proposed products and services, explaining their potential impact on financial performance.
4. Develop scheduled and ad hoc financial forecasting models to aid leadership in investment decisions and strategic planning.
5. Compare actual financial performance against forecasts and provide recommendations to leadership.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to assess performance and trends, recommending pricing strategies accordingly.
7. Evaluate internal and external drivers affecting current and future performance.
8. Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and explain variances.
9. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.

Qualifications:
