Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience delivering financial plans to end-clients
• CFP certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with Right Capital, eMoney or MoneyGuidePro
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation, advanced tax strategies and coordination of Social Security and Medicare strategies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

Aufgaben

• Develop, deliver and maintain comprehensive and complex financial plans for mass affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients
• Prepare detailed goals-based Monte Carlo analyses for cash flow, retirement scenarios and risk assessments
• Create and maintain client financial planning documentation and reports
• Support advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering and analyzing relevant data
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and client experience using our technology platform
• Stay current with financial planning software and technology platforms
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and planning decisions
• Increase planning team awareness within the advisor community by holding regular meetings with new advisors
