Farther seeks a Senior Financial Planner to support its Financial Planning team, partnering with advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth plans for mass affluent to UHNW clients. You will perform detailed analyses, develop goals-based plans, and maintain client documentation, helping to elevate the client experience.

Ideal candidates hold a CFP certification, possess 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, and are proficient with Right Capital, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CFP certification required.
• 7–10 years of experience delivering financial plans to end-clients.
• Familiarity with Right Capital, eMoney or MoneyGuidePro.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation and complex tax strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Team player with a client-first approach.

Aufgaben

• Develop, deliver and maintain comprehensive financial plans for mass affluent, HNW and UHNW clients on behalf of senior advisors.
• Prepare detailed goals-based Monte Carlo analyses for cash flow, retirement, and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain client planning documentation and reports.
• Support advisors in client meetings by gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes using the technology platform.
• Stay current with financial planning software and technology platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and planning decisions.
• Build awareness of the planning team within the advisor community through regular meetings.
