Job summary

Farther, Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to support our financial advisors and enhance client experience through detailed financial planning and analysis. You will help create comprehensive plans for mass affluent to UHNW clients at the intersection of service and technology.

You’ll use Right Capital, eMoney and MoneyGuidePro to run monte-carlo projections, optimize tax and Social Security strategies, and document client interactions while advancing planning processes across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CFP certification and experience delivering client financial plans.
• 7–10 years of financial planning experience for end-clients.
• Knowledge of equity compensation, advanced tax strategies, Social Security/Medicare planning.
• Experience with Right Capital, eMoney or MoneyGuidePro.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain comprehensive financial plans for mass affluent to UHNW clients.
• Prepare detailed cash flow projections, retirement scenarios, and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain client planning documentation and reports.
• Support advisors in client meetings with data analysis and prep.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology to enhance planning.
• Stay current with planning software and technology platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and decisions.
• Grow awareness of the planning team within the advisor community.
