Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Registered Investment Advisor Representative in Michigan preferred.
  • CFP certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

We are building a passionate team dedicated to improving our clients' lives. We seek an experienced, driven adviser to manage client relationships, support senior advisors, and grow within our firm. We offer training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Use your finance, economics, or related degree and 5 years of relevant experience to manage client relationships as the lead advisor.
  • Support the Senior Wealth Advisor with complex client relationships, leveraging your understanding of financial markets and investments.
  • Build rapport with clients and external professionals.
  • Handle multiple priorities, communicate complex topics clearly, and accommodate unexpected needs.
  • Utilize financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan), trading software, and custodians like Charles Schwab to serve clients effectively.
  • Participate in investment committee activities.
  • Support and train the financial planning team.
  • Lead meetings with retirement plan participants as needed.
  • Perform other duties to support organizational mission.
