Mercer Advisors seeks a Senior Financial Planner I to join its Financial Planning Group, crafting customized financial plans with tools like eMoney, Morningstar, Orion, and Holistiplan, in partnership with advisor teams to enhance client outcomes.

The candidate should have a CFP exam or FPQP or a related advanced degree and at least six years of client-facing experience, with strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business/finance related field.
CFP exam or FPQP or Master's in Financial Planning or equivalent.
6+ years of client-facing financial planning experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Salesforce and planning software experience.

Responsibilities

Support advisors through all stages of planning: preparation, delivery, and implementation of financial plans.
Create comprehensive financial plans using eMoney, portfolio analysis with Morningstar, and tax planning with Holistiplan.
Collaborate with advisor teams to deliver an exceptional client experience with accuracy and timeliness.
Identify client needs and position appropriate solutions; maintain client relationships.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
