Mercer Advisors is seeking a Manager, Senior Financial Planner I to lead the financial planning group in delivering comprehensive plans for clients. You will collaborate with advisor teams to craft tailored strategies, using eMoney, Morningstar, Orion Risk Intelligence, and Holistiplan among other tools.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, mentoring responsibilities, and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance preferred).
• CFP® designation or S65 with approved advanced certification/degree (FPQP® or Master’s in Financial Planning).
• Client-facing experience with 6+ years preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Salesforce and financial planning software experience.

Responsabilités

• Support advisors through all stages of planning: preparation, updating, delivery and implementation.
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans in eMoney and use portfolio analysis tools (Orion, Morningstar).
• Collaborate with advisor teams to deliver accurate, timely client experiences.
• Uncover clients’ needs and position appropriate solutions.
• Co-present financial planning concepts with advisors and mentor team members.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
