Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of educational or relevant experience in public administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible professional experience in business, accounting, or fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor budgetary systems to track revenues, funding sources, expenditures, and spending authority.
• Maintain internal financial controls; review invoices, vouchers, billing claims, contracts, leases, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform financial and payroll reconciliations; verify accounting transactions and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
• Analyze fiscal and operational trends; prepare financial and budget status reports; advise management on financial, operational, and compliance matters.
• Support forfeiture-fund expenditures, investigative financial activities, clubvenue operations, and Task Force overtime agreements and billing.
• Train, coach, and evaluate assigned personnel; promote teamwork, professional conduct, customer service, and adherence to internal controls.
