Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team is seeking a Senior Middleware Engineer to architect, deploy, and support enterprise FIX and SWIFT messaging platforms across Linux, OpenShift/Kubernetes, cloud, and appliances.

You will design automation, security controls, and disaster recovery while collaborating with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to ensure highly available messaging services.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of middleware, financial messaging, or distributed systems experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with FIX and SWIFT platforms and related tooling.
• Knowledge of ISO 15022/ISO 20022 messaging standards and secure messaging practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, deploy, and support FIX and SWIFT messaging platforms across Linux, OpenShift/Kubernetes, cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for messaging components and services.
• Lead modernization, resiliency, security, and disaster-recovery initiatives for messaging infrastructure.
• Perform root-cause analysis and incident management; develop standards and procedures.
