Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field plus five years progressive related experience, with two years in a supervisory role
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Experience with grants/contracts management and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal functions for the Division of Water Resources
• Manage budget, financial planning, accounting, purchasing, inventory, payroll, and administrative support
• Coordinate staff grants management and contracting processes
• Provide technical fiscal guidance to the Director and program managers
