Qualifications

• Five years of progressive related experience; two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal functions for the Division of Water Resources, including budget management and financial planning.
• Handle accounting, purchasing, inventory, payroll and administrative support.
• Coordinate staff receiving funds and managing grants.
• Pay bills for goods, services, and contracts; monitor spending and cash flow.
• Lead testing and migration to new ERP platforms; provide fiscal guidance to leadership.
