Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisory Financial Management Analyst or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading financial planning, budget formulation, and execution oversight for centrally funded programs.
• Experience overseeing complex financial evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and variance reporting.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic management of resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced financial management analysis supporting all budget phases and strategic operations.
• Develop and refine highly complex budget estimates to ensure compliance with DoW and DON guidance.
• Evaluate financial impact of programmatic decisions; monitor obligations for risks and variances.
• Conduct complex analyses to evaluate costs, risks, and alternatives for organizational programs.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and advise on alternative funding strategies for resource allocation.
• Apply advanced accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting principles for enterprise systems.
• Plan and organize work of subordinates and set performance expectations to maintain continuity of operations.
• Establish schedules to ensure timely completion of priority and routine assignments.
