Responsibilities

• GRADE 13 Budget & Financial Execution: monitor budget spend plans and identify funding shortfalls.
• Fund certification to align obligations with approved plans and statutory requirements.
• Conduct studies, surveys, and assessments to identify deficiencies and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate operating-level personnel operations including staffing projections and office space needs.
• Act as Training Officer for the organization and resolve problems across boundaries.
• GRADE 14 Strategic Financial Direction: advise exec leadership on budget planning and resource allocation.
• Lead enterprise-wide program evaluations and impact-driven policy development.
• Oversee administrative portfolios including workforce transitions and facilities management.
• Provide autonomous, expert interpretation of regulatory guidance for high-priority decisions.
