Job summary

The CASH Campaign of Maryland seeks a Sr. Program Associate to support the development and delivery of direct service programs, including financial education classes, coaching, benefit screening, and referrals, across Maryland in community settings.

This role builds partnerships with community groups to expand programming and opportunities for clients to access resources. Hybrid work in Maryland, with occasional evenings/weekends for outreach events; salary range $55,000–$60,000 with

Qualifications

• Background in education, social work, human services, personal finance, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse organizations and people
• Experience delivering training to different audiences
• Ability to travel and work some nights/weekends for outreach events
• Experience with data collection and reporting for programs

Responsibilities

• Teach financial education workshops in Maryland with provided curriculum
• Maintain and update resources, materials, and equipment for trainings
• Collect data on attendance, outcomes, and report findings
• Collaborate with Financial Education Team to respond to requests for sessions
• Lead new projects for the Financial Education Team and manage progress
• Develop and facilitate in-person group coaching cohorts of 8-10 participants
• Cultivate partners for one-on-one coaching referrals and manage vendor relationships
