• Providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) process support to all branches, Digital Direct Client Service and Stockplan groups
• Answering inquiries via case/phone
• Interaction (phone/email) with other broker-dealer firms
• Provide support to outsourced vendor
• Escalate any issues accordingly
• Participation in team meetings to share best practices, understand volume trends, contribute to solutions
