Job summary

The Javits Center in Manhattan seeks a Senior Finance professional to lead financial planning, analysis, and management reporting across multiple systems. This role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and drives data governance, ETL workflows, and strategic decision support for event revenue and cost management.

You will design dashboards and standardized reports using NetSuite, Power BI, Cognos/UKG BI, Boomi, and related tools, collaborate with IT, and prepare monthly board-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with LOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools; Hyperion and Power BI preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data quality across financial systems and maintain master data.
• Design and implement validation and reconciliation procedures across systems.
• Develop standardized reports and dashboards using NetSuite, Power BI, Cognos/UKG BI, Boomi.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and support board presentations.
• Lead continuous improvement of NetSuite; manage ETL workflows and data integration.
