Job summary

Kentro is seeking an experienced Financial Data Analyst to lead enterprise workforce analytics and reporting for the CFO Office in Washington, DC. You will design dashboards, integrate HR and CFO data, and deliver actionable workforce insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include building predictive models in AWS, automating data workflows, and delivering executive-level analyses. Strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and AWS experience are required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field.
• 7 Years of data analyst experience.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for queries, stored procedures, views, and databases.
• Advanced experience building dashboards and data visualizations with Tableau.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources for BI initiatives.
• Python for data analysis, automation, ETL, and modeling.
• AWS experience including AI/ML, cloud data services, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise workforce analytics and data analysis for the CFO Office.
• Develops dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate HR data with CFO data.
• Builds predictive workforce planning models and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Implements AI/ML capabilities using AWS to enhance data access and decision support.
• Develops automated dashboards and tools to streamline data collection and visualization.
• Ensures data standardization and integrity across the agency and produces executive analyses.
