Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field required.
• 5–7 years of data analyst experience.
• Proficiency with SSMS to develop and optimize SQL queries and databases.
• Advanced dashboarding and data visualization with Tableau.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources for analytics and BI.
• Python for data analysis, automation, ETL, and modeling.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML capabilities and cloud data services.
• Experience enhancing SharePoint knowledge management and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides workforce analytics and analytics tools for EO Office mission.
• Develops predictive workforce planning models and self-service reporting.
• Implements AI/ML capabilities using AWS to enhance data accessibility and decision support.
• Creates automated dashboards and data management tools to improve data collection and reporting.
• Ensures data integrity and consistency across EO programs and leadership reporting.
• Briefs executives with analytics findings and strategic recommendations.
