Job summary

ACES Group seeks a Junior Data Analyst with an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance to support the DoD CIO C3I Directorate at Mark Center, Arlington, VA. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions used by senior DoD leadership, analyze data, and communicate insights to drive executive decisions.

The role emphasizes learning multiple analytics platforms and collaborating with government personnel to deliver timely, accurate products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to rapidly learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, Databricks, ADVANA is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support executive decision-making for DoD CIO.
• Analyze data to identify trends and present insights through clear reporting.
• Support analytics solutions using Microsoft 365 and modern BI tools.
• Learn and apply DoD analytics platforms and data integration techniques.
• Collaborate with government personnel to understand requirements and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
