This direct hire role partners with teams to translate financial and accounting information into clear, actionable insights in a regulated financial services setting.

Based in Reston, VA, the position follows a hybrid work model with an onsite expectation of 3–5 days per week, and local candidates are preferred. The salary range is USD 85,100 to 110,000 per year.

What you’ll do

• Support analysis environments and perform comprehensive financial data analysis, emphasizing capital-related reporting and insights
• Work with complex financial datasets while aligning delivery to business requirements
• Use SQL to query and analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a financial services setting

• Familiarity with Basel regulatory capital requirements and ERCF is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
