Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience with financial and quantitative analysis preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data sets.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel required; SQL, Power BI, or similar tools a plus).
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; able to translate numbers into a narrative.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort operating as a partner to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Manage, clean, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple systems and provide clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Support rolling forecasts and annual budgeting cycles in partnership with department and business unit leaders and variance-to-budget explanations.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and long-range projections.
  • Evaluate financial performance against plan and prior periods, identifying drivers of change and recommend corrective actions and efficiency opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to assigned business units or department leaders.
  • Support cross-functional and strategic projects, helping shape decisions on business risks and opportunities.
  • Understand key business drivers well enough to challenge and inform operational plans.
  • Prepare and deliver polished, presentation-ready materials for senior leadership and the C-suite.
  • Confidently field questions from executives and adjust messaging to the audience in the room.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across the organization.
