Job summary

The role focuses on owning the product roadmap, data-driven enhancements, and risk-aware delivery with large agile teams working on data warehouses and data lakes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on sustainability and control robustness.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across SDLC in a scalable agile framework.
• Experience or knowledge of model lifecycle management (deployment, validation, calibration, monitoring).
• Experience with data engineering and big data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes) and data movement between platforms.
• Experience or working knowledge of advanced statistical techniques such as AI/ML.
• Experience using query languages for extracting and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical platform strategy for analytics data, detection models, and investigations.
• Maintains the product road map to maximize value.
• Delivers through agile methodology with clear backlog and prioritization.
• Gathers and documents actionable technical requirements for complex projects.
• Analyzes data to identify strategic improvements.
• Communicates roadmap, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Acts as SME to guide decisions and drive innovation within the area.
• Owns end-to-end risk for the product with preventive and detective controls.
