CFS is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead day-to-day accounting, strengthen processes, and provide leadership with financial insight for informed decisions. The role blends hands-on financial management with strategic business partnership to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will drive close processes, reporting, and controls while partnering with executive leadership on performance improvements and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior-level accounting or finance management.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Manage monthly/quarterly closes, reconciliations, and audits.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and partner with executives on financial strategy.
• Oversee revenue recognition, AR/AP, payroll-related entries, and tax withholdings.
• Manage banking relationships and covenant testing.
